What is the song? – The Story by Brandi Carlile 2. How do you do the move at :25/ What is it called? – I don\’t really know the name of it. My choreographer just said can you try this idea, I did and it worked ahaha. – How I do it… Start on your knees with a little space between. I twist my body to the left to gain momentum, then it requires you to use your thigh muscles to pull up and turn. When I\’m 3/4 of the way around I let my left leg slip around and tuck it underneath so I can land in that cross-legged position. – You can do different arms, whatever helps you get up and around. But mostly, PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE. try until you get it. I didn\’t get it the first time and it took tweaking and lots of practice. HOPE THIS HELPS ! 🙂
